Information Technology Support
The Information Technology Department is responsible for all electronic systems support for Linn County. We support every county office and department. We acquire and maintain all electronic assets including servers, desktops, laptops, cell phones, office phones, switches, routers, VPN’s, etc. The Linn County Information Technology Department also installs and manages all of the communications infrastructure including towers, high-speed data links, radios/repeaters, fiber-optics, and more.
Our normal operating hours are from 8am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday. We also provide 24 hours support services for critical infrastructure such as 911.
